Prosecco Rosé
Originated by a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir, this is sparkling wine with pink colour with copper hints, elegant and lively perlage, well-balanced aroma, as well as generous floral and red fruity notes. Its taste is savory, full and balance. It goes perfectly with light food, and fish-based dishes. The perfect match is with a rich fragrant pizza. Grapes: 90% glera, 10 % pinot noir Wine-producing area: Friuli Terrain type: flat land with gravely substrata covered in earthy material Cultivation system: double-arched cane system Density: 3500 plants per hectare Harvest method: mechanical and manual Bottle type: 0,75 l. Vinification: Glera: soft pressing, static decantation, fermentation in stainless steel. Pinot noir: vinification with skin maceration at low temperature. After the blend, second fermentation using the Charmat process in autoclave with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. |
