Prosecco Rosé


Originated by a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir, this is sparkling wine with pink colour with copper hints, elegant and lively perlage, well-balanced aroma, as well as generous floral and red fruity notes.

Its taste is savory, full and balance.
Ideal as an aperitif and on merry convivial occasions.

It goes perfectly with light food, and fish-based dishes.

The perfect match is with a rich fragrant pizza.

Grapes: 90% glera, 10 % pinot noir

Wine-producing area: Friuli

Terrain type: flat land with gravely substrata covered in earthy material

Cultivation system: double-arched cane system

Density: 3500 plants per hectare

Harvest method: mechanical and manual

Bottle type: 0,75 l.

Vinification: Glera: soft pressing, static decantation, fermentation in stainless steel. Pinot noir: vinification with skin maceration at low temperature. After the blend, second fermentation using the Charmat process in autoclave with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.
